HTML Newsletter Specifications

  • Max 65 characters per line including spaces
  • First line should include the sponsor of the advertisement
  • Maximum of six (6) lines of text
  • Hyperlinks are accepted
  • Maximum of two (2) URLs The URLs must be hyperlinked in the ad copy.
  • All ads must be submitted to TechInsights' Online Advertising Services Department as a Microsoft Word or Notepad document.
  • Ads must be submitted to TechInsights' Online Advertising Services Department by Wednesday 5:00pm ET, the week prior to the ad's run date.
  • Ads should be submitted to Electronics_newsletters@techinsights.com.
